I took a look at a series of videos recently and saw an environment that really is what most of us would like to see if we visited our own children's schools, but I'm sure for many, the reality doesn't match what's going on at Mission Hill. Here, the learning is really collaborative and where the children have a real voice in their learning direction and pace. I guess they have few incidences of disengagement here than is the teacher-directed environments that pervade many of the UK establishments. Read the article here
